You must obtain a return shipping confirmation from us prior to returning any products. We do not offer refunds, but you are eligible for a replacement product or store credit. In order to be eligible to receive store credit for returned goods that are damaged or defective, your store credit request must be received no more than fifteen (15) days from the order placement date.
